We got the surprise news from the hardwood company just before confirming the installation date that our second floor was not leveled and that they would not be able to carry out the job as quoted. Our GC was not having any luck finding anyone to fix the problem so I tried Yelp. I really lucked out when I found Fernando, he was very responsive and came to check the issue personally on the same day. He was sympathetic to our problem but was also busy with several other jobs, still, he managed to have his crew came out to do our job over the weekend, starting at 7am! I cannot thank Fernando and his crew enough for fixing the problem professionally and timely, I most definitely recommend him and his crew!
